Receptionist and Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up internal and external documents delivery
  • Prepare various documents including meeting notes, minutes etc.
  • Responsible for various general office administration activities
  • Support ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years' or above experience in in Banking / Administration;
  • Familiar with the business / operations of banking will be an advantage;
  • Independent, able to work under pressure and accomplish tasks assigned within tight deadline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Lotus Notes, MS Office etc.
