Admin Assistant in Client On-boarding team in Wealth Management Department to provide support to on-boarding, coordination of the whole process and production of legal documents.

Our client is a major International Banking Group.

Duties:

Work closely with Front Office to render support for Enhanced /special mail, statements and advices duplicates, e-Banking applications, return mails, and queries

Perform qualitative and quantitative check to ensure instructions are processed accurately and time

Check daily audit log reports

Ensure all client files are stored accordingly (electronically and in paper format)

Support Regional Processing Center in providing client information as required

Prepare management and activity statistical reports, analyse and and explain trends in volume activity

Ensure timely processing of static data updating requests

General clerical works including but limited to record retention, scanning, indexing and validating image of legal document

Work within a team with an adaptable flexible approach, coordinate with team members and Front Office to resolve complex cases and address issues in a timely manner

Liaise regularly with the the major internal groups to ensure a smooth on boarding process

Requirements:

 

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Bachelorˇs level degree or professional qualification

Understand the principles and be familiar with Wealth Management products and types of customers

Fluent in English (spoken and writte

Good communication skills

Excellent PC skills, especially in Excel. Knowledge of ACCESS is an advantage
