Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Provide assistance to bank’s projects by collecting and documenting requirements, and following up with relevant parties for applicable project action items
  • Conduct regular project review meeting, ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Create and maintain project document according to enterprise project management office requirement, include but not limited to project scope, schedule, benefit and cost analysis, business and function requirement document, project meeting minutes, tracking, issue log, escalation reports
  • Closely collaborate with the operational units to accurately document the business requirements and/or system defects
  • Support East West Bank MIS team in developing MIS reports, by coordinating with business users and elaborating requirements
  • Closely follow up with the system provider/system vendors to track/monitor defect status and progress
  • This position requires the employee sometimes to come to the office early in order to communicate with the US teams


  • Minimum of two-year system analytical or project management experience in Banking / Financial organization or IT company working for financial related project
  • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Be able to multi-task and identify priorities
  • Strong English and Chinese writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge, advanced skill to use Microsoft office and Data Analysis tool
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Keen to research new technologies and services, apply to new product development
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating functional and technical specification, test cases, and wireframes. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
