Project Manager - Retail Banking and Wealth Management -(Multiple Perm Op's)
Our client is one of the most recognized brands in the world of banking and are currently seeking high calibre Project Managers to join newly created Transformation team working on one of the largest transformations the bank has ever seen.
As the Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of multiple complex customer experience enhancement initiatives from design through to release by working directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Designers, IT, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery. You will be expected to empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement by defining Agile project working approach and enforce all team members to follow the same methodology.
As the PM, you'll driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards and ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team as well as contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects and make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
The ideal candidates will have working experience in a Financial Institutions, preferring in Retail Banking holding a Bachelor or degree in a related field. Experience in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead experience with relevant Agile Certifications preferred, e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner. You must have strong skills to lead teams and motivate others to achieve objectives and have a high proficiency in both verbal and written English and the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to interact professionally with an array of business users and be dynamic and adaptive to a global collaborative project team environment.
Most importantly you will have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills particularly in communication, workshop facilitation and consensus building. A strong team player, highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in a larger programme of work and acknowledging other areas, individual's roles and responsibilities.
