  • Project managing the overall planning, management and implementation of Group development
  • Liaise with users for their requirement of system enhancement, prepare the User and Customer Business Requirement and communicate with IT for the enhancement
  • Liaison with different departments in formulation of project brief and establishment of user requirements.
  • Preparation of project program with regular monitoring.
  • Define project scope, project schedule, resources requirements, budget of projects
  • Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and the required level of quality over the project management cycle
  • Carry out risk assessment and derive mitigation measures
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decision that enhance team effectiveness
  • Communicate and lead meetings externally with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, partners and internally with members to make clear all requirements and deliverables are understood and executed
  • Report project progress, project performance and financial status to management



  • University Degree or equivalent in Business, IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience
  • Experiences in managing IT application delivery, managing vendors are preferred
  • Proficiency in using Project Management and Office software
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Good level of understanding in the operation process, risk and the corresponding technology
  • Articulate and persuasive, with good writing and presentation skills
  • Able to converse and bridge business language with technology language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Holder of PMP or equivalent is an advantage
