For the past 3 years, our Hong Kong branch has been supporting our clients in the delivery of their Digital Transformation projects such as Chatbot, RPA, Mobile apps, Salesforce... KEYTEO is looking for a Project Manager. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Process map existing and design new processes associated with business solution opportunities

• Translate and design business requirements into holistic solution considering all aspects – people, process and technology

• Implement solutions using project management, system development and implementation methodologies

• Redesign and engineer processes for optimal business efficiency gains

• Build, validate and implement new business solutions or improvements

• Work with business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their requirements

• Design a solution which meets project management, system development and implementation methodologies

• Provide support and provide clarity to the development team if required and validate solution through development

• Manage the validation process including:

  • Development of testing scenarios
  • System and integration testing
  • Acceptance testing of the end-to-end solution including sign-off

• Super user training and development of training material for users

• Work with the business to ensure smooth transition to new processes and provide post-implementation support as required

• Support senior management decision-making by developing a commercial focus to ensure IT add value to the organization

• Develop an expert understanding of the business operations

• Support the business strategy and identify required supporting initiatives

• Work with managers to identify opportunities where information technology can provide business benefit

• Work closely with the business, building the relationship to act in a role of trusted adviser in the area of information technology

• Bring assistance to affiliates where requested, maintaining strong relationships with local teams, identifying and sharing best practices through expert missions

• Promote global IT standards


Desired Skills and Experience:

• Formal Business Analysis skills and experience with structured Systems Development methodologies

• Working knowledge of project methodologies

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

• Communication (written and verbal) – the skills to communicate professionally with people at all levels

• Ability to work effectively as part of team

• A strong focus to achieve business outcomes

• Capacity to coordinate and assist in projects across business units

• Must be well organized and committed to providing excellent customer service

• A self-starter with good personal organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines

• Assertive, proactive, motivational

• Capable of working with minimal supervision – taking ownership and accepting responsibility

• Experience in managing small to medium projects

• Understanding of change management processes

• Use case methodology
