Our client is a leading bank in Hong Kong.

Principal responsibilities:

  • To set up and run Project Management Office (PMO) or respective governance among business units and the Group on key cross-RBWM business initiatives to drive the growth of the Bank's retail banking and wealth management business
  • To play a proactive role in the development of cross-RBWM transformation initiatives e.g. Strategic Review Project, IT Project Governance, Records Management, Digital, and Operational Review implementation/communication plans and business cases
  • Work effectively with business units and supporting functions to workout effective solutions and to provide monitoring support for the progress of key RBWM strategic initiatives, identify potential risk and issues, and arrange for the necessary reporting
  • Be responsible for organizing respective management meeting including preparation of presentation materials, communication plans, business cases via co-ordination with respective key stakeholders
  • Prepare management reports, conduct business researches and participate in ad hoc projects to explore new business opportunities



  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, strategic planning or change management. Candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant business transformation manager
  • Good knowledge of retail banking and wealth management business and operations, with strong business acumen and numerical sense. Experience in retail product or channel management is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to deal with multiples stakeholders within the bank
  • Self-driven, with the ability to solve problem with conceptual and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities
  • Excellent written communication skills & high proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
