Professional Services Technical Consultant


  • Participates in the conduct of business requirement studies, particularly technical concepts

  • Participates in the configuration, customisation and testing of the Front Arena solution, technical analysis of workflows and functional processes

  • Creates technical specifications for customisation or core software (Front Arena) enhancements, technical process and product requirements definition, deployment documentation

  • Troubleshoots system database issues using SQL

  • Performs programming tasks using Python during system issue analysis, issue resolution and/or system customisation and configuration

  • Provides technical consultation on client projects

  • Conducts unit and systems tests; supports System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or mock rehearsals activities of clients

  • Provides continual feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a proactive solution to be offered

  • Creates project documentation and deliverables

  • May provide training on the technical aspects of the Front Arena solution to clients as well as colleagues

  • Builds and maintains good relationships with Clients

  • Assists with pre-sales activities, such as answering Requests for Proposal (RFP), providing solution concept descriptions and effort estimations

  • Other duties as directed
