Responsibilities

  • Support head of HK IT, Operation and all other units for multiple projects
  • Coordinate internal resources, head quarter partners and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Conduct regular project review meeting, ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Create and maintain project document according to enterprise project management office requirement, include but not limited to project scope, schedule, benefit and cost analysis, business and function requirement document, project meeting minutes, tracking, issue log, escalation reports
  • Organize and conduct product and service trainings
  • Access Hong Kong products within the role holder’s portfolio. Such products include, but not limited to, cash management, online and mobile banking, and trade finance
  • Define and development improvement opportunities across customer experience, product sales, client onboard, end to end operation process
  • Develop marketing and training materials for product and services
  • Maintain close communication with US and China partners to develop and enhance cross border product solution and capabilities
  • Refine customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with relationship managers, client onboarding, and customer service team
  • Competitive assessment, research new technologies and services, assess competitors
  • Work with compliance and risk team, regular review to identify new regulatory requirement, key risks, develop and implement mitigation plan

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three-year project management, product management or global transaction service (GTS) implementation experience  
  • Good knowledge of transaction banking product and Hong Kong clearing systems
  • Excellent English and Chinese writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating functional and technical specification, test cases, and wireframes. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Strong IT knowledge, advanced skill to use Microsoft office and Data Analysis tool
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Keen to research new technologies and services, apply to new product development
  • A flexible approach to work and working hours
