Responsibilities

- Define and own the product roadmap covering trading systems, banking & payment rails, digital asset custody, client onboarding, and reporting modules

- Gather and prioritize product requirements from institutional clients, internal stakeholders (sales, operations, compliance, engineering), and market intelligence

- Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for financial product features; work closely with engineering for timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery

- Collaborate with the design team to define user experiences for complex financial workflows such as trade execution, settlement, fund transfers, and compliance dashboards

- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure product features meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (SFC, HKMA, SEC, and others as applicable)

- Analyze product performance metrics, transaction data, and user behavior to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for revenue growth and risk reduction

- Serve as the key liaison between business development and engineering, translating institutional client feedback into actionable platform improvements

- Monitor competitive landscape across fintech, neobanking, and digital asset platforms; track regulatory developments that impact product strategy

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus

- Minimum 4 years of product management experience in fintech, banking, capital markets, or payments

- Proven track record of shipping financial products from concept through launch in a regulated environment

- Strong understanding of financial services infrastructure including payment processing, trading systems, custody, KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting

- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions (e.g., SQL, analytics dashboards, transaction monitoring)

- Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain, or cryptocurrency platforms is a strong plus

- Experience with the latest AI product management tools

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus

- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality, comfortable navigating regulatory complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
