Broking Services provides full investment services in stocks, bonds, currencies, precious metals, commodities and derivatives to retail, corporate customers and financial intermediaries. As a leading full service broker dealer in Hong Kong, our investment services include advisory, execution, risk and portfolio management, custodianship, and margin financing.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Management Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end process for equity IPO, share placement and bond new issues, and be responsible for counterparties and sales communication, book opening, order submission, allotment and reporting for capital markets transactions
  • Work alongside with Sales and Investment Advisory to drive equity IPO, share placement and bond business to meet business targets
  • Foster relationship with ECM and DCM counterparties in sourcing transactions and maximise allocation
  • Engage with product suppliers to ensure a stable and quality supply to our product shelf 
  • Perform Product Due Diligence (PDD) and Product Risk Rating (PRR) assessment, ensure new products launch and existing products adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Re-engineer and streamline of sales process and systems from product and sales suitability perspective 
  • Review and administer product policies and manuals ensuring they are updated to reflect changes with regulatory requirements, internal standards and strategic direction 
  • Facilitate decision making of product and pricing strategies based on analysis of business data and competitive landscape
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets 
  • Be responsible for managing and mitigating operational risks in their day to day operations 
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and implement initiatives related to product management


  • University degree in finance or related discipline
  • Currently registered under SFC Type 1 Regulated Activity. Candidate does not have SFC Type 1 license, he or she will be required to pass HKSI Licensing Exam Papers 1,7 and 8
  • Good knowledge in investment products including listed securities and OTC products provided by retail banks or brokerage firms
  • Experience related to the retail broking or investment business would be a bonus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently, handle and manage challenging tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
  • Have a positive attitude and willing to go the extra-mile to solve problems and issues
  • Passionate and have a positive mindset
