Our Client is a Chinese based Investment Bank. Due to their continuous expansion, they are looking for a Procurement Associate to join their professional team. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

Responsibility:
- Lead regional procurement activities on Professional Services and Marketing, such as vendor sourcing, price & commercial terms negotiation, cost analysis, vendor selection & evaluation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine specifications and requirements of assigned sourcing projects. Handle corresponding RFP/tender process.

- Manage the contracts with third party suppliers by achieving the best commercial terms and conditions, mitigate potential supply risks for the company.
- Establish and review the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of vendors with internal and external stakeholders from time to time
- Ensure the procurement process is in compliance with the internal policies, procedures and SFC’s requirements.
- Undertake any other duties and assignments assigned by senior manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- At least 3 years of procurement experience in vendor management , including global / overseas procurement experiences
- Preferable experience in Financial Institutions.
- Preferable experience across professional services or marketing, exposure in other categories such as property or facility management are also welcome.
- Familiar with regulator’s requirements (such as SFC) is an advantage
- Solid experience on formal procurement and tendering process.
- Strong sense of integrity, team player, self-motivated with business acumen, able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in written Chinese and English, able to communicate in Mandarin.
