Process Change Analyst (regional) - Commercial Company

The Role:

Responsible for driving business process re-engineering for their global business

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business and operation needs, analyst business workflow
  • Propose digital transformation plans to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with stakeholders, internal business units and external vendor for driving projects
  • Monitor end-to-end solution delivery including business analyst, budgeting, tendering, planning, deliver and post-implementation
  • Ensure the project quality, monitor the process and schedule
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, as well as user adoption of the new processes



Job Requirements:


  • Degree holder in computer science or related discipline
  • 2+ years experience in business process improvement or process re-engineering
  • Familiar with latest technology, strong sense in digital transformation
  • Strong management skills, stakeholder, end user, vendor and project management
  • Work experience in a global scale company will be a plus
  • Experience in in-house or vendor side are both welcome!
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willing to travel
