Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management provides highly customized financial advice, investment solutions and brokerage services to ultra-high net worth individuals. Individuals, families and foundations. As Morgan Stanley’s premier service for individuals and families with significant means, We specialize in providing our clients with custom-tailored financial solutions and a level of sophistication and access to expertise and investments typically reserved for large corporations, financial institutions and governments.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist to drive and facilitate projects such as process and system change, workflow streamline, platform enhancements including UAT and training delivery to enhance business efficiency 
Assist in maintaining project plans and governance frameworks to meet the needs of each unique project
Data tracking, reporting and analysis for Branch Administration Management related projects
Collect and reconcile feedback from sales representatives and relevant key stakeholders
Engage support functions to resolve BAU issues
Maintain and update manual / policies and procedures for Branch Administration Management
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders throughout all phases, conduct day-to-day liaison, communication and coordination  
Handle ad hoc projects where assigned  

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of private wealth management, industry regulations and best practices
Solid project management and organizational skills 
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical skill and resilience 
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

Education and/or Experience: 

University graduate required, Finance or related disciplines preferred 
3-5 years' experience within Financial Services Industry, relevant experience gained from PWM is highly preferred
Prior experience or exposure to business projects is a definite advantage
HKMA License holders preferred - Type 1 & Type 2
