As part of the next phase of our marketing strategy of the back of our successful Press Launch for our new product AAX we are now looking to hire an in house PR coordinator to assist our Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate, plan and create content for our PR.

  • Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Develop and support proactive communications programs – including media relations, social channels and marketing/digital strategies
  • Increase awareness and create an enviable brand image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations.
  • Helping to brainstorm new and fresh stories, opportunities and collaborations
  • Actively seek opportunities to pitch news stories relating to the AAX product, key news items and events
  • Deliver creative and considered media mailers that ensure our clients (retail and institutional) are at the forefront of target media
  • Deliver persuasive and engaging press releases with relevant content
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Monitoring and sharing coverage across print, online and social media
  • Coordinating industry events, including user group meetings and trade shows
  • Working with other departments as needed to help promote the company's brand, its products and services


  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in PR or client relations field (Preferred)
  • Background in Finance / Technology related PR preferred
  • Positive, motivated, and manages time efficiently
  • Have a sales and client focused mindset to support the overall business strategy
  • Confidence to make suggestions, bring ideas to the wider team that focuses on client experience and work alone or as part of a team
  • High levels of attention to detail and the ability to present and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business or related field
