Job Description
  • Through assignments on cross-functional projects' teams, support Project Managers in coordination and tracking of business activities document changes in business processes, post-implementation operating procedures, and target operating models.
  • Support business SMEs with their project tasks, including preparation and execution of UAT plans, pre-production business readiness and post-implementation business activities.
  • Pull together various reports to be reviewed for submission to steering committee and management meetings.
  • Invoices / Purchase Orders - support the process of allocating invoices to projects, ensuring the correct accounting treatment and overall budgeting support
  • SharePoint owner and maintenance of access, ensuring all documents lodged in key areas.
  • Assist in preparation of project and resource reports; gathering and analyse of project information.
  • Project templates and guides administration and management.
  • Engage the workstreams to have the project plans up to date with the overall programme plan
  • Process and governance structures are kept current in all aspect of the programme.
  • Assist in ad-hoc meetings and PMO tasks
  • Collaborate with other programme and workstreams in deliverables.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the roles related to Project Management, IT projects and PMO exposure
  • Experience in the financial / IT industry
  • Prince2, PMBOK and or Project certification a plus
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good communication, influencing & negotiation skills. Self-motivated, flexible, responsible and responsive.
  • Strong Interest in Project Management
  • Fundamental understanding of project and programme lifecycle and different approaches/constraints on technology and business constraints
  • Knowledge of project process, best practices and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good project skills including:
    • SharePoint
    • Excel
    • MS Projects
    • PowerPoint
  • Organizational awareness, focus on key partnerships, teamwork and relationships building
  • Drive for results, with ability to deal with and bring consensus to contentious issues
  • Solid understanding of project management processes
  • Innovation and Creativity
  • Strong "can do" attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
