New Business Onboardings Team

The NBO team is the central point of contact for all client onboardings and we provide KYC, Legal, regulatory expertise to all clients and Business Lines in APAC region. As part of a global project of sending out letters to all our existing customers globally, our team in Asia will need a temporary help for the delivery and the execution of this project.

Mission

Your Main Responsibilities would include

  • Answer to queries and act as a main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage a dedicated shared inbox for this project
  • Escalate to Legal, Compliance, Business the questions that require their help or expertise
  • Produce and maintain performance and tracking reports
  • Manage returns for incorrect client address
  • Update tools when client consent is received (when needed)
  • Coordinate with other onboarding teams in the region for the completion of their part of the project
  • Provide regular updates to the main local stakeholders - COOs, Head of Operations, Legal, Compliance
  • Gain exposure to client onboarding journey and Regulatory / AML requirements


Profile

  • Customer service experience
  • Display responsibility and act ethically
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be very reliable and pay particular attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, with an Asian language being a plus
