Officer - Finance (Financial Reporting & Expenditure Control)
Job Responsibilities: - Support, drive, and implement finance and procurement initiatives
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with best industry practice and compliance with internal policies
- Support supervisors to drive continuous improvement on finance and procurement processes and refine internal compliance program
- Carry out finance and procurement related activities including supplier maintenance, vendor onboarding due diligence, and quotation / tender process monitoring
- Review documents for procurement of goods and services to ensure compliance with internal polices
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in large organisations
- Solid experience in using Oracle is preferred
- Adhesive to HKEX core values and behavior expectations
- Detail-oriented and business acumen
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
