Officer - Administrative Assistant (Procurement, Finance)
- Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing activities and invoice management for Central Procurement Function (CPF)
- Conduct data analysis, procure goods and services for assigned categories (mainly IT products, office & pantry supplies and etc.)
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administration, secretarial or procurement related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Goal and team-oriented, independent, proactive and willing to learn
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast changing environment
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
- High proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Word and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is preferred.
