We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as New Business Onboarding Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • To support Business Implementation Unit to process new business take on and approval, including but not limited to checking the documents provided by Wealth Planners and Trust Relationship Managers to ensure that they are sufficient for business and Know Your Customer approval, inputting all the necessary information in Net Assets Value for electronic approval, and preparation of set up documents including but not limited to trust deed, engagement letter and signature card.
  • To prepare documentation on asset injection including the opening of bank accounts, activating private companies, liaising with Global Trust Accounting team on maintenance of accounting records.
  • To act as relief for other team members.



Qualifications
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree holder in Business, Accounting or Law
  • Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator or Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries preferred
  • Some basic company secretarial knowledge preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, details orientated and able to work under pressure
