We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Mass Proposition Marketing Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement customer centric and multi channel marketing campaigns for mass banking proposition in support of the Hong Kong Retail Banking and Wealth Management business
  • Understanding different customer segments and product needs to brief, manage and implement campaign activity which supports segment or product commercial objectives
  • Conduct market and portfolio analysis with appropriate application of consumer insights to assist in creative development and campaign design
  • Independently manage and ensure smooth campaign implementation
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, recommend and implement actions for improvement
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment
  • Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with external agencies to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
  • Ensure all activities are adhered to the established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values


Qualifications

Requirements

  • University graduate in business studies or marketing is preferred
  • Solid marketing experience, with past track record in segment management and a good understanding of banking products would be highly preferred
  • Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management skills, advertising production and direct marketing with good commercial sense
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and English. Putonghua would be a plus
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
