Based in Hong Kong, BNY Mellon Investment Management is looking for a 6-month contractor to provide coordination/ support for the following areas:


  • Help coordinate and implement the marketing plans for both the institutional and intermediary business in the region, incorporating value proposition and end-to-end experience delivery in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Execute on digital initiatives for the region, relevant fund and thematic campaigns using Marketing, social media platforms and regional websites – ensure content is compliant and up to date
  • Coordinate with the relevant marketing team members and other departments if necessary, providing clear support requirements and deadlines. Measure and report on feedback from these themed communications.
  • Develop and maintain relevant, timely and compliant local language marketing communications – on and offline
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive the right product mix and meet the needs of customer and shareholders
  • Work closely to execute and coordinate on roadshow calendar and marketing events, leverage cross business opportunities and increase client loyalty and engagement

Sales Support: 

  • To provide support for sales activities including marketing material preparation and translation, market information search, etc.
  • To communicate with prospects/clients for general enquiries on investment products/Strategies
  • To coordinate with subsidiaries located overseas  
  • To prepare materials for Sales to attend investment seminars and sales activities
  • Assist in providing solutions to client issues
  • Assist in account opening, KYC/AML, due diligence queries and checks
  • Assist in RFPs/RFIs and tender submissions
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders to meet and address client deliverables – such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Portfolio Specialists and related subsidiaries
  • To provide other routine supports as required by sales team
  • Ad-hod projects as required by the IM Team


  • Bachelor Degree Level (Business, Marketing or Finance related)
  • Previous work experience from Marketing or Sales Support or Project Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on computer experience. Confident user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Take initiatives for proper, timely action in all respects and manage priorities to ensure work deadlines are achieved
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Reading, Speaking & Writing)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM system) would be an advantage
