Marketing and Communications Manager - Contract

Your role

Are you good at communicating to all kinds of different people?  Are you passionate to drive business performance through a right client communication strategy? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:

  • formulate, implement and manage the client communications strategy for APAC, covering multi-channels including print, online, internal and cross-marketing opportunities
  • create integrated communications concepts and implement them together with digital marketing stream, for both event-driven and content-led campaigns
  • develop and manage content for ubs.com, pitch books, client on-boarding pack and other marketing publications
  • develop and manage content our internal client engagement portal
  • provide guidance on brand compliance and proper tone of voice for content developed across all channels
  • implement and manage ad hoc global or regional marketing/communications campaigns

Your team

You will work in the Wealth Management Division and will be based in Hong Kong.  You will be an integral part of the client communications function within the regional CSO/marketing team.  Our dynamic team consists of a diverse mix of marketing professionals with a reputation for creativity, excellent execution and innovation. We aim to support our business and functional partners to drive new business, deepen client relationships and bring to life the bank client promise.

Your experience and skills

You have:

  • at least 8 years of experience in the areas of marketing and communications, preferably in the financial industry
  • experience in interacting with senior management, managing different stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • a pro-active attitude (you are always brimming with ideas)
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with hands-on implementation skills
  • strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

You are:

  • a superior communicator, comfortable using a variety of channels both traditional and new
  • able to write and communicate bilingually in English and Chinese
  • able to run marketing/communications projects independently, and to measure the results with well-defined key performance indicators
