We Offer

  • Develop and see through systematic and structured approach on business development and prospect engagement
  • Establish and identify avenues to generate potential warm sources of leads, coordinate and allocate leads to suitable RMs
  • Create and maintain an updated and comprehensive mapping of wealth universe
  • Manage Market Group pool of prospects through MyWorkplace database. Assisting to screen and uphold market purity.
  • Screen, mitigate, escalate and resolve identified conflict cases.
  • Maintain discipline approach to prospect profiling among Relationship Managers (RM); Access quality and verify integrity of information on prospect profiling.
  • Work with central marketing team to coordinate prospect related events; Including identifying, establishing and distributing warm source of leads to appropriate teams
  • Create, track and maintain prospect conversion tracking on various initiatives. Support Market Segmentation prospecting efforts
  • Organize and chair prospect related meetings, shortlist profiles for discussion. Invite appropriate business partners to meetings
  • Support market segmentation prospecting efforts; Consolidate and analyze result on prospecting events at team, markets and market group level on monthly basis
  • Support and play active role in client initiatives - mapping and identifying gaps. Take ownership of profiling of clients and coordinated IB/PB collaboration effort e.g. NNA referral, IPO opportunities and block trades, etc.

You Offer
  • Solid work experience in supporting senior members in Wealth Management business is highly preferable
  • Excellent organizational skills, high sensitivity to figures, accuracy and attention to details
  • Sound communication skills, both written (English & Chinese) and oral (fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin essential).
  • Fast working, high energy and enthusiasm essential
  • Demonstrate initiative and have a flexible and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently, effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible and mature approach to work; willing to learn new ways of doing things
  • Passionate about the role and willing to work outside normal office hours
  • Team spirit with strong sense of commitment to all team members.
