We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Trustee and Fiduciary Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • Enhance the control environments and gaps identified in the project for ORSO scheme
  • Extend oversight to service provider e.g. Regulatory reporting oversight, trustee role on Fund Manager performance review
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on Internal Audit report recommendations
  • Implement enhanced service provider oversight, trustee role on Fund Manager performance review, regulatory reporting, incident and breach handling for example
  • Partner with external consultants on project analysis and mapping activities

  • University graduate with a degree in business administration or related discipline
  • Proven experience in pension fund industry with a good understanding of ORSO schemes' regulations and administration
  • Knowledge of key duties and responsibilities of a trustee
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills to deal with internal and external clients
  • Confident and capable of developing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients
  • Proactive, independent, highly motivated and achievement-oriented
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
