Conduct sales force planning University degree Min. 8 yrs. relevant experience


  • Identify business opportunities and customer insights through performing quantitative analysis
  • Drive customer pool assignment, sales lead management and support related IT projects
  • Manage customer targeting, sales tracking, promotional offer fulfillment and result evaluation of marketing campaigns
  • Implement sales incentive schems, commission calculation and support sales MIS
  • Develop regular and ad hoc business reports for senior management
  • Assist in projects as assigned



  • University degree in any disciplines, preferably major in Business, Finance or Statistics
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in quantitative customer and sales analysis, ideally on retail banking and wealth products
  • SAS certified Base Programmer or with proven hands on SAS programming experience
  • Strong excel skills (include Macro) is a must, MS Access and CRM systems exposure are valuable assets
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision as well as being a ood team player
  • Flexible, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure in a fast-pace business environment with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
