Manager, Resourcing & Onboarding (Job ID: 3262)
Responsibilities
- To partner with business managers to understand their resourcing needs
- To manage and oversee the recruitment, selection and hiring process to ensure the staffing needs are met
- To ensure the most cost effective recruitment tools and channels are considered
- To explore different kinds of resourcing channels to source the candidates
- To support the section head to drive the new initiatives relating to resources and onboarding
- To provide coaching to junior staff in daily operations
- To ensure HR activities are in compliance with local legislations and the Bank's policies
- To support ad hoc projects as and when necessary
Requirements
- University graduate in any disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in human resources management, preferably gained from retail banking
- Sound knowledge of HR business processes, best practices and related regulatory compliance
- Well-versed in employment related ordinances and regulations
- Proactive, mature, detail-minded and a good team player
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
