We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Product Control .

Principal responsibilities

  • Support the upkeep of a prudent product governance and monitoring process in compliance with Group standard and guidelines
  • Assist with Wealth Management Product Oversight Committee preparation and follow up work
  • Work with Wealth Development product managers to ensure suitability of recommendation and compliance with group guidelines and local regulatory requirements
  • Support the implementation of measures to fulfill new regulatory requirement
  • Support various compliance, risk and control related assessment, reviews and reporting


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • Strong understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management and its wealth products, process and pertinent regulatory requirements
  • Strong Business Risk focus with the ability to monitor and assess key risks
  • Ability to manage a complex workload and cultivate a cooperative working environment
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic mindset, with a proven rapid learning capacity
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
