Manager, Learning and Development

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning needs of different Business units to develop high impact leadership learning initiatives in alignment with our Bank culture, business priorities and strategic objectives
  • Formulate learning strategies to design, develop and facilitate effective leadership development programmers
  • Provide recommendations on leadership learning to support Talent Development
  • Support the transformation and staff experience initiatives
  • Collaborate with different regions on leadership development programmes
  • Development soft skills related e-learning courseware
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Learning & Development, preferably in financial industry
  • Experienced in setting up leadership curriculum, program design & development with facilitation skills
  • Good knowledge and skills in the development soft skills e-learning courseware. Familiar with the methodology of blended learning is highly preferred
  • Able to measure the effectiveness of training outcome and transfer training data into meaningful metrics/stories
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills
  • Strong adaptability, energetic, open-minded and passionate in people development
  • Proficiency in MS Office, such as Excel and Powerpoint
