Manager, Learning and Development
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning needs of different Business units to develop high impact leadership learning initiatives in alignment with our Bank culture, business priorities and strategic objectives
- Formulate learning strategies to design, develop and facilitate effective leadership development programmers
- Provide recommendations on leadership learning to support Talent Development
- Support the transformation and staff experience initiatives
- Collaborate with different regions on leadership development programmes
- Development soft skills related e-learning courseware
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of work experience in Learning & Development, preferably in financial industry
- Experienced in setting up leadership curriculum, program design & development with facilitation skills
- Good knowledge and skills in the development soft skills e-learning courseware. Familiar with the methodology of blended learning is highly preferred
- Able to measure the effectiveness of training outcome and transfer training data into meaningful metrics/stories
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills
- Strong adaptability, energetic, open-minded and passionate in people development
- Proficiency in MS Office, such as Excel and Powerpoint
