Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Management professional to lead and coordinate the end-to-end projects.

This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of projectlaunches, projects prioritization with different stakeholders by ensuring robust governance, effective cross-functional coordination, disciplined execution, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will co-ordinate across Product Proposition, Distribution, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Actuarial, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with company governance standards.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end project timeline from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, critical paths, dependencies and resource requirements
• Coordinate multiple concurrent product initiatives, ensuring alignment across business and support functions
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively implement mitigation actions to ensure successful execution
• Ensure all project documentation, approvals and governance requirements are completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectation.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent project management qualifications
• Strong project and program management capabilities, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Insurance Operations or related disciplines in life insurance industry
• Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
