- Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Training & Development.
- Work closely with business partners and provide professional HR and administration support;
- Formulate HR and administration policies;
- Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum 3 years manager role in human resources management;
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Experience in financial industry or listed company is highly preferred;
- Familiar with Labor Legislation and tax arrangements, in both HK and PRC;
- Excellent command of Putonghua, English and strong communication of writing skills;
- A great team leader, responsible, flexible, positive and strong in people skills;
- China exposure is a must;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
