Identify, negotiate and manage partner to create value to DBS and customers Drive customer acquisition and engagement through integrations into our customer/partner journeys to create differentiated experience and stickiness Improve/increase customer touchpoints, product offering and customer experience Develop Wealth API roadmap and lead overall project Manage partner onboarding and on going relationship Work with Cards, Technology and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives Monitor competitor activities and respond to market changes Keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments to ensure alignment of business strategy Market sizing, data analytics and customer insights to develop relevant propositions Requirements
University degree in Business/Marketing Partner negotiation and relationship management Product development, marketing, digital acquisition experience preferably in banking field At least 7 years experience Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, familiar with agile approach is preferred Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong business and marketing sense Sound knowledge on banking products Solid communication skills in English and Chinese Apply Now
