As a member of our dynamic Digital Banking, Digital Content and Business Development team in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for project management in digital communications and digital channels initiatives development and enhancement with the following responsibilities:
  • Work with regional and local business stakeholders, align business needs and expectations, compile and prioritize deliverables. 
  • Be the project owner to drive search engine optimization, uplift organic traffic and online acquisitions, performance analysis and reporting. You will also be responsible for digital analytics, Ensighten and Site Catalyst tag management. 
  • Lead efficient digital communication and content management across various digital channels of Citibank Hong Kong, including Citibank website, Mobile Banking, Digital Content Hub, email, SMS, social media, etc. 
  • Proactively identify key areas for improvements across all Citibank Hong Kong digital properties, capable to drive changes, and provide on-going enhancement solutions in order to consistently optimize customer experience along digital journey.


  • Bachelor's Degree in electronic commerce, digital communications, digital marketing, or equivalent. 
  • At least 6 years experience in digital project management, digital communications, search engine optimization and digital analytics.
  • Solid project management skill, capable to define project scopes, lead development and implementation, monitor and report progress status, ensure on-schedule quality launch.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in HTML and CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML (proficient in HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, modern web and mobile standards and accessibility techniques).
  • Sound knowledge in Site Catalyst and Ensighten tag management.
  • Strong in digital analysis, reporting and strategic planning.
  • Good problem-solving, strong relationship management and influencing skills, capable to coordinate and communicate with internal and external business stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
  • Fast learner with a 'can-do' attitude, conscientiousness, strong attention to detail, passionate, self-motivated and an excellent team player. Able to work well independently, multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital best practice including search engine optimization, writing for digital channels, optimization, accessibility and visibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • With Google AdWords Certification and/or Google Analytics Certification is an advantage.
