The Job
  • Ensure all Hong Kong & Macau regulated company secretarial records (and subsidiaries) are maintained in accordance with the Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, Bermuda & Macau Companies Legislation
  • Maintaining Sharepoint corporate governance libraries are up-to-date and regulatory correspondence
  • Submission of regulatory filings with Companies Registry, IA, SFC, MPF etc.
  • Draft resolutions, circulate and ensure properly authorised
  • Planning board and shareholder meetings.
  • Prepare and assist with all draft board and shareholder meeting agendas and papers
  • Minute taking and drafting of minutes for all HK & Macau Board and shareholder meetings

The Person
  • Relevant degree from a recognized university
  • HKICS member
  • 10 - 12 years corporate secretarial experience working in listed HK company
  • Insurance industry experience would be advantageous
  • Bermuda, Macau, Cayman incorporated company experience would be advantageous
  • Fluent English & Cantonese speaking and written skills
  • Excellent communication and report written skills
  • Confident and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Sensitive to confidentiality, corporate structure and management oversight
  • Ability to work independently yet exercising sound judgment on reporting to leader
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and able to meet deadlines
