Manager, AML Support

Reporting to the Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing AML Support Team under Credit Card Department to ensure that adequate monitoring and controls are in place in accordance with the Group Standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain procedure guidelines relevant to AML Support Team to ensure the effectiveness and compliance with the Bank's policy and procedures
  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence review and trigger events of high/medium risk customers for Sole-card and Sole-Personal loan
  • Monitor AML MIS reports to ensure proper actions are taken in timely manner according to relevant guidelines
  • Support AML data cleansing projects to ensure the result in a good quality
  • Support Section Head and undertake the assigned roles and tasks

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
  • University degree or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience / Secondary education with 10 years relevant experience and at least 3 - 5 years in supervisory level
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High level of risk awareness, particularly in AML compliance
  • Independent and able to work under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, AML Support.
