A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent desired;
  • At least five years working experience working on Administrative or operation related role;
  • Working experience in a professional service firm or a multinational corporation is an advantage;
  • Ability to prioritize, and operate within a fast paced, professional, and fast growing environment is essential;
  • Encourage open mindset to learning and new ways of working;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills are necessary;
  • Proficient in Microsoft's Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with Putonghua an advantage.
