What you'll be doing
  • HR Organization Design (Organizational design for the HR Function)
  • People Strategy development
  • Leading and contributing to our client facing HR Tech projects, taking full responsibility for your workstream, from design through to deployment, as part of the project team
  • Soliciting and challenging client requirements, presenting and facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and configuring technical solutions
  • HR Technology Roadmap (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Payroll)
  • Lead client workshops to define HR Tech solution requirement and design
  • Research products and design options to solve complex business issues
  • Leading and inspiring others, keeping our team a fun place to work
  • Taking a role in the development of more junior colleagues
  • Playing your part in our proposition and business development activities


What we'll expect from you
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of professional consulting or related experience in delivering service
  • Experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity.
  • Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations either from an Org Design or Change Management perspective.
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
  • Must have a passion for learning and an obsession about figuring out how things work
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others
  • Build and maintain an internal and external network
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
