Job Description & Summary
A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for managing PwC's financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As part of the team, you'll help with budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, shared services and financing.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial management and statistics reports
  • Perform analytical review on financial results
  • Perform data quality review on Tax systems
  • Carry out monthly actions to improve financial management
  • Assist in financial projects and ad-hoc assignments
  • Assist in financial reports automation
  • Manage database / systems
  • Co-ordinate with departments, e.g., GTS, Central FIN, Client First team, etc. on Tax finance matters

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance in MNC or professional services firm is preferred
  • Good logical and analytical skill
  • Good coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good project management skill
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
  • Able to communicate with impact to peer groups, leaders and stakeholders
  • Able to maintain good relationship with teammates and users
  • Demonstrate creativity and able to contribute new ideas and knowledge where appropriate

  • Committed to self-development and coaching of others for growth
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Experience in using Outlook and technology tools such as Alteryx and Power BI, is a desirable
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
