Key Responsibilities

You will lead the cross-functional change management function, developing and orchestrating the overall change methodology, coordinating implementation and skill-building across functions as well as curating and coaching business leadership on management practices. Focus will be required on performance management, capacity management and end-to-end process management. You will also support local stream leaders and initiative owners to develop change management actions and coach them on execution. In addition you will provide training and build lean capabilities for BU's within a scope to drive sustainability whilst ensuring clear handover at each stage and also to the wider business at closure for sustainability and control.

Requirements

To be considered you will need a minimum 10 years' experience working for a multinational services company with critically experience in people management in a Lean operations context, implementing improvements to operational process through digital transformation. You will need extensive experience in Lean Operations, in-depth knowledge and expertise in Lean Management Frameworks, documentation standards and project life-cycle planning as well as proven success in deploying Lean methodology and change management. Your previous experience should be from relevant industries, such as financial and professional services. Excellent skills will be essential in stakeholder management, relationship management, problem solving, analysis and solution generation as well as fluency in written and spoken English ( Mandarin and Cantonese would also be highly preferred )
