The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across broad ranging corporate and commercial matters including technology, intellectual property, media, marketing, corporate, and other general commercial matters etc. He/she will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risk as well as coordinating and managing external counsels.
The successful candidate will be a HK, UK, Australia or Singapore qualified lawyer with over 6 years of post-qualification experience in Hong Kong in the area of IT/IP and/or banking, gained with a fintech/technology company or a bank, or with an international law firm. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese is required for the position.
