A leading French bank is looking for a Lean Consultant. The Lean Team manages, facilitates and assists IT and Operations lean transformation, Continuous Improvement, Project management, Process improvement, digital transformation project, or advisor project.

Position Purpose

  • Lean Team manages and facilitates and assists CIB IT and Operations lean transformation, Continuous Improvement, Project management, Process improvement, digital transformation project, or advisor project. The core objectives of our mission are

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Execute an organisational / operational improvement project
  • Run problem solving sessions
  • Derive viable solutions by a deep-dive analysis
  • Support the operational or IT teams in the future design and in the improvements implementation

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Direct contribution to the bank's operational permanent control framework
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures

Qualifications

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Experience in Project Management, IT, Operations, Change Management or Process Reengineering in banking for financial services industry preferable
  • Candidates with work experience in management consulting can also be considered
  • Candidates with Strong Banking experience and knowledge, e.g., working in Operations or IT
  • Strong communication and problem solving and analysis skills
  • Client Focus with Leadership and People Management skills
  • Strong Business Analysis and Planning and Organisation skills
  • Travel in APAC countries may be required

Specific Qualifications (Plus if a candidate has any certificates below)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
