As the Senior KYC Manager, you would be required to monitor the work performance on 7-8 junior members and 1-2 experienced members on the team. Besides BAU support, you would also be required to proactively looking for ways to improve the overall process of the team. This role also reports directly to Head of KYC in the business. Experience preferred:
At least 8 years of Client Onboarding/KYC experience is required. Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must for this role. Managerial experience of at least 2 years is preferred. Project experience on operation excellence is an asset.
