A leading global hedge fund is seeking a Junior KYC/AML Analyst/Associate to join its Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from investment banking, capital markets, prime brokerage, or financial services onboarding teams looking to gain exposure to the buy-side environment.

• Support client, counterparty, broker, and trading account onboarding processes.
• Conduct KYC/CDD reviews and AML due diligence for new and existing relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counterparties, brokers, custodians, and service providers to gather required documentation.
• Assist with periodic KYC reviews, remediation projects, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure onboarding documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Support broader compliance and operational onboarding initiatives as required.

• 2-5 years of KYC, AML, client onboarding, or account opening experience.
• Open to candidates from investment banks, prime brokerage, securities, asset management, or financial institutions.
• Experience handling client onboarding, counterparty onboarding, trading account opening, or AML reviews is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; Chinese language skills are advantageous.
