Your new role

• Develop and modernise services using Java, Spring, REST APIs
• Build scalable, reusable components and event-driven workflows
• Collaborate with global teams (India, Hong Kong)
• Troubleshoot and optimise data-intensive systems
• Partner with QA, product, and architecture for end-to-end delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Core Java, multithreading, backend engineering
• Hands-on: Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices
• Solid SQL (DB2), data modelling, distributed systems
• Strong OOP, design patterns, debugging
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems or portfolio/ledger workflows.
• Exposure to Kafka, NoSQL stores, Docker/Kubernetes, or cloud-native apps.
