Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage trading activities across interest rate and derivative products to achieve revenue targets while maintaining prudent risk controls.
• Provide pricing, market colour, and trade ideas to support client coverage and business development efforts.
• Monitor macroeconomic developments and market trends to identify trading opportunities and execute profitable strategies.
• Manage trading risks through portfolio monitoring, position management, and hedging activities.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver timely market insights and product expertise.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in interest rate trading, fixed income, treasury, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of interest rate products, derivatives, and global financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, risk management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is preferred.
• TMA membership (or willingness to obtain membership) is required.
