IT Solution- Tech Lead - 70-90K

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement of tech strategy, roadmap and best practices
• Lead the design of evolving technology stack and the infrastructure architecture for a future-proof technology capability to achieve the strategic business plan. 
• Design, implement and manage the LDA IT security & risk management and the associated governance framework/process to meeting HKT compliance and regulatory requirements. 
• Lead and build the software engineering team 
• Building of new team (Technology Center of Excellence / Business Technology) with 15-50 staff in coming 12 months
• Manage the teams including Software Engineering, DevOps, Tech Helpdesk, QA, Cloud Architecture and IT Security & Governance

Requirements:

• Experienced people manage leading multi-functional (20+ ppl) tech team covering infrastructure and solution. 
• Sound knowledge on cloud architecture and cybersecurity. 
• Experience in managing large and mission critical systems.
• Experience in working in FSI industry is an advantage. 
• IT security and service management related qualifications will be a plus.
