Our client is a leading insurance group looking for an experienced IT service management professional to oversee the governance and improve the prodcutivity for APAC.
- Accountable for leading the management of IT Service Management function including incident management, problem management, change management, release management etc.
- Improve service delivery process by transformation, metrics and reporting
- oversee process to ensure the SLA and OLA meet the standard and aligne with compliance
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in end user support or IT service management functions
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and transformation project expreince
- Hands-on experience in running support using ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experince with implementing IT service management solutions
- Experience in insurance or financial industries
