Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Application Projects: Manage all phases of a project, from initial planning and design to execution and completion.
- Manage Teams: Lead and coordinate both on-site and remote teams from IT, business, and external vendors.
- Control Budget & Resources: Create and manage the project's budget and resource plan.
- Communicate Clearly: Keep all stakeholders, including senior leaders, informed with regular updates and reports.
- Solve Problems: Identify and resolve risks, issues, and changes that could impact the project.
- Uphold Standards: Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and follow best practices for project delivery.
- Guide Others: Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative team environment.
- A university degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a large company.
- Knowledge in both Agile and Waterfall methodology.
- Proven experience managing large technology projects with budgets of $10 million or more.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Experience working with senior executives and managing external vendors and contracts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Professional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
