Our client, a well-established MNC, is looking to hire a seasoned IT Program Manager to drive the APAC regional IT programs and transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategize and drive the region IT programs
- Responsible for all project budget allocation
- Facilitate all aspects of planning, staffing, financial management, and solution delivery within the stream
- Proactively find innovative technology solutions to business challenges
- Manage and maintain trusting relationships with business stakeholders across the region and ensure smooth collaboration and cooperation for the programs
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management with large organizations
- Strong knowledge and experience in large-scale IT programs / digital transformation
- Strong collaboration skills and leadership skills to be able to lead and drive the team
- Able to influence stakeholders on senior management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
