IT Infrastructure/ System admin

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking of infrastructure related hardware/software inventory
• Day to day monitoring of technology infrastructure for any alerts;
• Managing and supporting software and/or hardware issue
• Maintenance and lifecycle management for infrastructure hardware and software
• Technology product setup and administration
• Operating system patching and Security patching for infrastructures
• Working with suppliers to solve hardware and software problems
• Follow standard process such as Incident, Problem and Change to enhance service quality and optimize service level

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT technical experience with broad knowledge of infrastructure and System admin
• Strong problem-solving skill. Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Experience for working in Asset management firm or Family office is preferred
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (Must)
